Supreme Surveillance ("we", "us") is the remote monitoring division of Supreme Security Services, located at 3100 Steeles Ave W, Unit 206, Concord, Ontario L4K 3B8. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect through this website and through the monitoring services we provide to our clients.
1. Information you give us on this website
When you send a form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, city, property type, the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the page you sent the form from, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, to protect the form from spam and abuse.
We use this information only to reply to your request, prepare a quote, provide the service you ask for, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not sell it, rent it or add you to a marketing list.
2. Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those set by our hosting and caching provider. If we add website analytics in future, such as Google Analytics, we will update this policy and use it only to understand how visitors use the site, not to identify you.
3. Video and data we monitor for clients
Our clients own the cameras, recorders and access control systems we monitor. When we watch video, answer intercoms or manage door access for a client, we handle that information on the client's behalf and under our agreement with them. Operators view live video and recordings only to provide the service: detecting and responding to incidents, verifying alarms, admitting visitors and producing incident reports.
Video clips and reports are shared only with the client, with people the client names in its response plan, and with police, fire or emergency services when we report an incident. Retention of recordings is set by the client's system and our agreement. If you want to access video of yourself from a property we monitor, please contact the property owner or manager, who controls those recordings. We will help them respond.
4. Who we share information with
We share personal information only when needed to provide our services or when the law requires it. The service providers we use include our website host (Hostinger) and our email provider (Zoho Mail), which store data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, in which case it may be accessible under the laws of that country.
5. How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and deleted when no longer needed, normally within three years of our last contact. Client service records are kept for the length of the contract and as required by law.
6. How we protect it
Access to website enquiries is limited to staff who need it. Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Monitoring connections are encrypted, and operator access to client systems is restricted to what the service requires.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal and contractual limits. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
8. Contact us about privacy
Send privacy questions or requests to info@supremesurveillance.com with "Privacy" in the subject line, call 905-761-9992, or write to us at 3100 Steeles Ave W, Unit 206, Concord, ON L4K 3B8.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
