Our story
From guards on site to operators on screen
Supreme Surveillance grew out of Supreme Security Services, which provides licensed security guards and mobile patrol in Ontario. Clients kept asking the same question: can someone watch our cameras at night, so we do not need a guard standing there for twelve hours?
We built a monitoring team to answer it. Today our operators provide live video monitoring, virtual guard tours, alarm verification, managed access control, remote concierge, elevator and cargo monitoring, and we install the cameras that make it work.
Because we come from guarding, we think like guards: every alert needs a decision, every decision needs a record, and the client should always know what happened overnight.

Our operators monitor equipment from the brands Ontario businesses use most, including Avigilon, Axis, Hikvision and Pelco cameras, Kantech and Brivo access control, and ButterflyMX intercoms. We only recommend new equipment where the existing system cannot do the job.
